Allergy Co
This page will give you information on where allergens may usually be found and how to avoid contacting them. After treatment it is usually necessary to avoid the treated allergen for a period of 25hours. Please use this guide to help you. You may also wish to alleviate your current allergic symptoms by avoiding those items to which you are allergic. If you have not had an allergy test but wish to experiment by removing potential allergens from your diet please feel free to use this guide to assist you.

Remember that most allergic symptoms are caused by more than one allergen and removing just one trigger may not give you any noticeable relief. Removing some foods from your diet over a long period can be detrimental to your health, so please seek nutritional advice from one of our practitioners at the Allergy Co or a qualified health practitioner.

After most treatments you will need to avoid the allergens which have been treated. This avoidance allows the treatment to complete and usually last for about 25hrs. In the case of allergens which it is impossible to avoid, e.g. dust, pollens, urine, milk for small babies, they can still be cleared but it is usually necessary to treat them several times. It is important to eat well and drink plenty of water after treatment. This helps the treatment to be successful. Please see page ‘Avoidance of Allergens’ for guidance on what you need to avoid for each allergen.
